    Orientation, journaling, trauma-informed space - Intro to Pranasomatics – what it is, and what it is not - Nervous system safety as a foundation for awakening

  • Day 2: Feeling Good is the Base

    • Pleasure & play as trauma healing tools • Polyvagal theory in embodied language • Body rhythms – food, sleep, breath, movement

  • Day 3: Nervous System 101 + Rooting

    • Window of tolerance, mapping states • Attachment & abandonment healing • Root chakra activation, mantra, daily rituals

  • Daily Practices

    Embodiment flow - Guided meditations - Somatic experiencing - Integration sessions

Kai ist echter Berliner und Inhaber von Yogatribe. Er leitet 200 und 300 Std Trainings für Yogalehrer (Certified Advanced Teacher Trainer®). Das erste Mal kam Kai mit Yoga 1995 in Verbindung und unterrichtet seit 2009.

In seinem Unterricht liegt der Fokus neben den universellen Ausrichtungsprinzipien auf den spirituellen und leuchtenden Aspekten des Yoga.

Kai ist Mitglied des "Board of Directors" für Anusara Worldwide.
